Here are some FAQs that hopefully answer any questions you may have:
Why should I shop at Say it with Songs?
How do I play the song on my item?
To play your song, open your smartphone camera or QR code reader and hover over the QR code. It will direct you to a landing page where you can choose to listen to the song using your preferred streaming provider.
Do I need an account with Spotify or Amazon to hear the music?
No, if you don’t have an account and don’t want to sign up to a free account with either of these services, then the YouTube link will enable you to access and listen to the song hassle-free.
What are your shipping options?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate with free delivery on orders over £30. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible with a delivery time of 3-5 business days.
We are currently only shipping to Great Britain.
If I don’t like my item can I get a refund?
If you are not happy with your item for any reason other than damage or fault, you can return it to us. See our full returns policy for more information.
What if my item is broken or damaged when I get it?
If your item arrives damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage to platform@widdop.co.uk and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Please note, items damaged after receipt will not be refunded.
